User is updating the Address field that is exposed in the primary information section of the form.
- Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
- Import Type: Select Relationships
- Record Type: Select Customers Only
- CSV File(s): Click Select… and select the file
- Click Next
- Data Handling: Select Update
- Field Mapping:
- Your Fields: Select Internal ID
- NetSuite Fields: Select Internal ID
- Your Fields: Select Address Line 1
- NetSuite Fields: Select Address1
- Your Fields: Select Address Line 2
- NetSuite Fields: Select Address2
- Your Fields: Select State
- NetSuite Fields: Select State
- Your Fields: Select Zip Code
- NetSuite Fields: Select Zip
- Your Fields: Select City
- NetSuite Fields: Select City
- NetSuite Field : Override
* Select Yes
The existing address in the record will be overwritten, and the new address will be displayed in the record.
