Setting Up Customer for Customer Portal and Logging to Customer Portal

SET UP A CUSTOMER FOR CUSTOMER PORTAL

  •  Navigate to List> Relationship > Customer
  • And select the necessary customer. Or search the customer name in the Global search.
  •   Edit the Customer record. In the Customer record, under System Information subtab under Access subtab check Give Access checkbox
  • Select Role
  • · We can assign password to the Customer Login by two ways:
  •  Check “Send Notification Email” : We have to check this box to automatically send an email notifying this customer that we have them access to NetSuite. The standard NetSuite email message also contains a link to let the user create a password.
  •  Manually Assign or Change Password

LOGGING TO CUSTOMER CENTRE

  • To log in to the Customer Centre in NetSuite, follow these steps:
  • Access the Login Page:
  • Open your web browser and go to the NetSuite Customer login page. The URL is  TOUCHSTONE II, LLC Customer Login (netsuite.com)
  • Enter Credentials:
  • In the login page, enter the email address and password.
