Items drop ship expense account

Requirement:

I have multiple items that I need to update their drop ship expense account.

How can I get a saved search that show all items and their drop ship expense account including the empty ones? Can I do a mass update, or has to be through an import?

Solution:

The ability to to expose the Drop Ship Expense Account field on a Saved Search is

not yet available in the standard NetSuite account. This is currently an enhancement request logged on Enhancement #254276: Item Saved Search > ability to add a Dropship Expense Account field.

1. Navigate to List > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click Item

• On the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, set the following:Filter = select System Notes Fields… | On the System Notes Filter dropdown, select Field | On the Field dropdown, select Drop Ship Expense Account
• On the Results tab > Columns subtab, set the following:Field = select Name
• Field = select System Notes Fields… | On the System Notes Field dropdown, select New Value

On a positive note, it is possible to update the Dropship Expense account bulk by doing a CSV Import.
