Providing Access to Vendors

To give vendors access to NetSuite and assign roles to them, the ‘Vendor Access feature’ must be enabled.

You can assign multiple roles to customize the level of access needed by a specific vendor. For example, the Vendor Center role enables a vendor to view prior transactions and open purchase orders.

To enable the Vendor Access feature:

  • Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
  • Click the Web Presence subtab.
  • Check the Vendor Access box.
  • Click Save.
