After importing vendors along with their associated transactions, some have observed that updates made to vendor addresses are not reflected in previously migrated transactions. Specifically, despite updating the address in a vendor record, newly created transactions/ previously migrated transactions still display the old address.
Solution:
To update the address in the affected transactions, follow these steps:
- Locate the transactions that need to be updated.
- Click Edit next to the transaction.
- Click Billing
- In the Vendor Select dropdown, choose the vendor with the new address.
- Click Save
