Display values of a employee List based on the current User’s Subsidiary in activity records

Custom Field for the Activity record

Create a CRM New Field

  1. Label: Enter Subsidiary Selection
  2. Type: Select List/Record
  3. List/Record: Select Employee
  4. Store Value: Enter Checkmark
  5. Check the box Task, Phone call, Event in Applied to subtab
  6. In validation and defaulting subtab select the Dynamic Default value as Current User’s Subsidiary
  7. Click Save
