Requirement:
Can somebody please guide how can we give the access to the below option to a custom role. This is purchase order form and subtab name is shipping. Through Administrator access we can see this + icon but we needs to give access to a custom role.
Solution:
Please follow the steps below, using an Administrator Role:
1.) Navigate to Set Up > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
2.) Edit the Custom Role
3.) Go to Permissions tab > Lists subtab
4.) Select Vendor and set it to at least Edit
(This will allow the role to have the same permission to edit Vendor Records)
5.) Save
The plus icon should now appear in the Purchase Order using the custom role:
