“You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error” alert when previewing a mass update search

When trying to preview a custom mass update search, an error alert is popped up saying “You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error” which preventing the search to be previewed.

Solution:

• Try using incognito mode of the browser. Use Press Ctrl + Shift + n
• Otherwise, clear the cache and cookies.

Any of the above will solve this alert being shown.
