Actual Time on CRM Task Record Not Calculating

In order for the Actual Time to be calculated in a CRM Task Record, there are two conditions to be fulfilled:

  1. The Task should be linked to a Project Record.
  2. The field name Include CRM Tasks in Project Totals, should be marked in the Preferences tab of the Project Record.

 

The feature to have the Actual Time be calculated on a stand-alone basis is still logged under Enhancement Request 163259.
