Removing Sales Team from Multiple Customer Records in NetSuite

If we need to remove the entire Sales Team from multiple Customer records in NetSuite, we can use the Mass Update feature to make this process efficient.

Steps to Remove the Sales Team Members from Customer Records:

Navigate to Mass Updates:

  • Go to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates.

Access Sales Force Automation:

  • Under the Mass Updates menu, click on Sales Force Automation.

Select Change Sales Rep Assignment:

  • Choose the option Change Sales Rep Assignment.

Remove Sales Rep Assignment:

  • In the “Change Sales Rep To” field, select Unassigned. This will ensure the Sales Rep is removed from the Customer records.
  • Note: We can also set filters to target specific Customer records that need the Sales Team removed.

Preview the Update:

  • Click on the Preview button to review the changes that will be made.

Perform the Update:

  • Once we have reviewed the changes, click on Perform Update.
