PD Order Creation & Approval
- A new PD order is created in the system.
- The Sales Supervisor reviews and approves the order.
- Once approved, the order moves to the Sketch Phase.
2. Sketch Creation & Approval
- Employees (Designers) create the Sketches based on the PD order.
- Once the sketches are completed, they are submitted for approval.
- Upon approval, the sketches are moved to the CAD Phase.
3. CAD Development & Material Information
- CAD models are created based on the approved sketches.
- Once completed, the CAD files are reviewed and moved to the Material Information Phase.
- In this phase:
- The required jewelry materials (gold, platinum, etc.) are determined.
- Diamond and gemstone details are finalized and documented.
4. Rendering & Final Approval
- After material information is confirmed, the CAD model moves to the Render Phase.
- The design is rendered to produce high-quality images for review.
- Once rendering is completed, it is submitted for final approval.
5. Design Approval & Display
- The approved render is finalized and moved to the Design Phase.
- The design is now displayed on the Design Pages, where it can be viewed based on customer ID or requested customer.
