Domain record setup

1. Go to Commerce –> Hosting –> Domains –> New.
2. Select the domain type as ‘Webstore Only’.
3. Provide the domain name.
4. Select website setup record and hosting root.
5. Save the domain record.

After saving the record there will generate two CNAME records which should be added to the domain provider’s website (eg:- godaddy, network solution…) in order to configure the DNS.

After adding the CNAME records, come back to the domain record in NetSuite. Click ‘Edit’ and then save the record without making any changes. After the DNS is configured correctly, click ‘Edit’ button and check the box ‘Use SSL Certificate to Secure the Domain’. Select ‘Automatic’ option and save the record. Once the certificate is validated successfully, again click ‘Edit’ and change the domain type to ‘Single secure domain for shopping and checkout’ and check the box ‘Use CDN Cache’ to enable the CDN, then save the record.
