Items are displayed in an SCA webstore based on the subsidiaries chosen inside the website record in Netsuite.
Only the items inside the subsidiaries chosen as online inside the website record is displayed inside the SCA webstore.
The subsidiaries are listed inside the setup tab of the website record. Only the items from the subsidiaries whose ONLINE checkbox is checked inside the website record will be displayed in the webstore.
Here there is an option to choose the DEFAULT subsidiary. Only one subsidiary can be set as default subsidiary in website record. This default subsidiary is for NON LOGGED IN users of the webstore. ie, Only the items in the default subsidiary will be displayed for NON LOGGED IN users of SCA webstore.
Once a user log in to the webstore, the items will be displayed based on the subsidiary of that customer/lead record. ie, only the items of the customers subsidiary will be displayed in the website.
So if a customers subsidiary is A, then when that customer login to the webstore, then he/she will be able to see only the items of subsidiary A.
