Customers wants to create a saved search to help determine any price changes made within a recent period.
Solution
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click Item
3. Click Criteria
4. Click Standard
5. Filter:
- Select System Notes Field
- System Notes Filter: Select Field
- Field: Select Pricing
Notes:
- You can use System Notes : Rate as well.
- Select System Notes Field
- System Notes Filter: Select Type
- Type: Select Change
6. Click Summary
- Summary Type: Select Maximum
- Field: Select System Notes : Date
- Description: Select is on or after 10 days ago
7. Click the Results tab.
8. Click Columns
9. Fields:
- Select Name
- Summary Type: Select Group
- Select System Notes : Date
- Summary Type: Select Maximum
- Summary Label: Type Last Price Change Date
Note:
- Make sure to add the summary type when adding more fields here.
10. Rename the Saved Search.
11. Click on the Save and Run button.
