Make account field in the customer deposit by default from undeposited funds to the following:-
- Shopify EB (1117-1) – entity brands(website)
- Shopify CW (1117-2) – chefworks(website)
To effectively mass update the current accounts that contain undeposited funds.
Solution:
- Based on the preferences, we are unable to automatically set the Account in the Customer Deposit record based on the sales order’s website condition.
- For newly created transactions, we can implement a workflow to assign the appropriate account in the Customer Deposit based on the sales order’s website value. I have tested this approach in the SB account. Please review and test it with different scenarios. However, we were unable to validate this for Customer Deposits created via Shopify live integration.
- For existing transactions, a mass update script will be required to update the account details since NetSuite does not support mass updates or CSV imports for Customer Deposit transactions.
- Create saved searches in SB for workflow condition.
- Create Workflow On Create context and set field value action for the account field.
