Create a Saved Search to Show Changes Made to a Role

Scenario

A user wants to create a Saved Search to show the all the changes made to a role.

Solution

  1. Navigate to Lists Search > Saved Searches New
  2. Search Type: Click Role
  3. Click Criteria
  4. Click Standard

Filter:

  • Select Custom
  • Custom: Select Yes
  • Click Set

5. Click Results

6.Click Columns

Field:

  • Select Name
  • Select Permission Change
  • Select Permission Change Level
  • Select Permission Change Date

7.Click Available Filters

Filter:

  • Select Permission Change Date
  • Show in Filter Region: Enter Checkmark

8.Click Save & Run
