Fetching Bounced Email List in NetSuite

It’s not possible to access the Bounced Email Address page directly.

Instead, we can access the Bounced email addresses and log dates through the Undelivered Email list, using the reason: “Not sent: Specific address(es) recently bounced.” (List → Relationships → Bounced Email Addresses)

What we can retrieve: Only the email address and the log date (i.e., when the email bounced). Some limitations are explained below.

Limitation:

  1. We retrieved bounced email addresses from the Undelivered Email page, marked with the reason: “Not sent: Specific address(es) recently bounced.” These are now displayed on the Bounced Email Address page, which includes both internal and external emails bounced within NetSuite. However, emails that bounced outside of NetSuite are not included in email customization. So, we can only access bounced addresses that occurred through NetSuite.
  2. If a bounced email address is manually removed from the Bounced Email Address page, but its related undelivered email is still listed on the Undelivered Email page.
  3. Status we can’t fetch from the Unbounded Email (eg.. Hard Bounced).
