Workflow Overview

Step 1: Create Transfer Order in NetSuite

  • Generate a Transfer Order to move inventory from your warehouse to Amazon FBA.

Step 2: Inbound Shipment Plan Flow

  • Flow: NetSuite Transfer Order → Amazon Inbound Shipment Plan
  • Amazon may split plans into multiple shipments for different fulfillment centers.
  • Child Transfer Orders are created in NetSuite with Shipment ID and Fulfillment Center details.

Step 3: Inbound Shipment Flow

  • Flow: NetSuite Transfer Order → Amazon Inbound Shipment
  • Exports Item Fulfillment records with status “Fulfilled” to Amazon.

Step 4: Item Receipt Flow

  • Flow: Amazon Delivered Shipments → NetSuite Item Receipt
  • Updates NetSuite when Amazon marks shipments as delivered.
