Bundles Required in NetSuite

To enable the integration, two bundles must be installed in NetSuite:

1. Celigo integrator.io bundle
2. Celigo Amazon Connector

Types of Orders in Amazon Seller Central

Amazon Seller Central classifies orders into three types, all supported by the Celigo Amazon bundle:

Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA)

• Orders stored and shipped by Amazon from its fulfillment centers. NetSuite imports these automatically.

Merchant-Fulfilled Network (MFN)

• Orders fulfilled directly by the seller. NetSuite syncs these to manage shipping and inventory.

Prime MFN

• Seller-fulfilled orders that qualify for Amazon Prime. These require strict shipping timelines and are integrated into NetSuite workflows.

Order Sync to NetSuiteOrders from Amazon are imported into NetSuite as Sales Orders.

• Optionally, they can be recorded as Cash Sales instead of invoices.

Fulfillment & Financial Records

• NetSuite handles manual fulfillment and shipment tracking.
• Generates Invoices, Payment Records, Credit Memos, and Journal Entries based on Amazon settlement data.

Settlement Integration

• Amazon settlement transactions are mapped to:
• Payment Records
• Credit Memos
• Settlement Summary Records
• Journal Entries

Inbound Shipment in Amazon Connector

Inbound shipments refer to sending inventory from your business to Amazon fulfillment centers for FBA operations. The Amazon Connector supports:

• Shipment Creation & Sync – Automates sending shipment details from NetSuite to Amazon.
• Receipt Confirmation – Updates NetSuite once Amazon confirms receipt of goods.
• Addon Settings – Configurable in NetSuite under Settings > Addon Settings > Inbound Shipping.
