The Shipping Rules of a Shipping Item allow certain shipping methods to be restricted based on the Customer’s Ship To Country and State.
restricting shipping items by City or Zip Code is not yet possible in NetSuite. I found the following enhancements related to this:
- Enhancement # 41382 List > Accounting > Shipping Items > New > Ability to Restrict Shipping Items To be Displayed on Web Store Depending on Shipping Address (ZIP Code)
- Enhancement # 44359 Lists>Shipping Items> include Audience subtab so customers can restrict shipping method based on customer data, including restricting by Dynamic Groups
