Question
We have enabled the multi-location inventory feature and the ‘Make Locations Mandatory’ feature is enabled in the account.
The ‘Location’ field is visible in the Payment record but not available when we customize the external payment record form.
That field is not shown in the payment external form when we view it in the customer center role.
In the admin mode of this payment external form, the location field is visible but when we customize the form its is not showing.
As a result, we are unable to remove the location field from the payment record.
Solution
. The standard Location field is not available when customizing an external form. We’ll further if there’s a possible workaround for this.

we need to deploy a user event script with before load function on the customer payment record to hide the location field.
