Setting up multiple price level in NetSuite

To set up multiple prices on item records:

  1. Go to Lists > Accounting > Items.
  2. Click Edit next to the item.
  3. Click the Sales/Pricing subtab.
  4. Enter up to price level such as Base Price, Alternate Price 1, Alternate Price 2, Alternate Price 3 and Online Price fields.
  5. The user can add new price levels to the item by navigating to setup > Accounting > Setup Tasks > Accounting Lists > New. Click Price Level
  6. Click Save

While creating new price level the user can add the discount percentage, which will be validating from the base price. For eg: If the base price of an item is 100 and a new price level created as custom price which is given a 20% discount for the item for a specific period, so when the user prepares the sales order the item price will be reflecting as Custom price 80.

If the base price is generating in the sales order you can change it by clicking to price level subtab and change to the price level you have added.
