Requirement:
In which scenarios we’ll be able to change the type of a account?
The expected behavior is that the account type should be disabled:
But in this case, the account type was changed in User Interface.
And also the account type don’t match with the parent account type:
How is that possible?
Solution:
If there are no transactions yet, the account type can still be changed.
Like here:
This is how the Account Record looks like before any transactions:
This is the approved transaction:
And here’s what happened to the Account record after. As you can see the Account type is already greyed out.
