PROPOSAL SUMMARY
This proposal covers the scope of implementing a new field in the case record to specify from which website the case is registered.
REQUIREMENT
We want to know from which domain the support case is registered. So, we have to create a new field in the case record. So that we can specify from which website the case is registered.
Deliverables
- We will create a new field in the case record in NetSuite to set up the website. The field will be a list field, which lists all the websites in the account.
- No such field will appear in the New Case form in the webstore.
- When the user submits the case from the website, the corresponding website will be set in the case record created in NetSuite. So, we can understand the website from which website the case is registered.
For the domain https://www.scatestdomain880.tk/ the website will be “OneSource Webstore”
