User: Administrative Role
To add a Custom Report to the Dashboard tile go to Setup> Dashboard Tiles> Manage Dashboard Tiles > New
As per our requirement, we can select the tile type like Reminder, Static
Add Name
Tile Type: Static
Display To all Role – checking on this box leads to publishing the custom report to all roles
Or we can select a particular role
Under the Data subtab, we can add the Display value
Link: add the link of the custom report we want to publish
* if the Tile type is Reminder then the Display value field and link field in Disabled only the saved search field is enabled
Under the Appearance tab, we can add an icon, Font Color, Tile Color, etc.
Then Save
Now we can see the Custom Report in the Dashboard Tile of an Assigned Role
