Add Saved Search Link to Home Portlet in Customer Center

The user would like to add a Saved Search link to the Home Portlet of Customer Center.

A. Modify the Audience of a Saved Search and copy the URL

  1. Navigate to Lists Search Saved Searches
  2. Custom Saved Search: Click Edit
  3. Public: Enter Checkmark
  4. Click Audience
  5. Roles: Select Customer Center
  6. Click Save & Run
  7. Copy the URL of the results page

B. Create a Center Link 

  1. Navigate to Customization Centers and Tabs Center Links
  2. Label: Enter the Label of the link
  3. URL: Paste the URL of the Saved Search
  4. Click Save

C. Add the Custom Link in the Customer Center

  1. Navigate to Customization Center and Tabs Center Categories New
  2. Label: Enter the name of the Category
  3. Center Type: Select Customer Center
  4. Center Tab: Select Home
  5. Click Values
  6. Link: Select the Custom Center Link created
  7. Label: Enter a Label
  8. Click Save
