The user would like to add a Saved Search link to the Home Portlet of Customer Center.
A. Modify the Audience of a Saved Search and copy the URL
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches
- Custom Saved Search: Click Edit
- Public: Enter Checkmark
- Click Audience
- Roles: Select Customer Center
- Click Save & Run
- Copy the URL of the results page
B. Create a Center Link
- Navigate to Customization > Centers and Tabs > Center Links
- Label: Enter the Label of the link
- URL: Paste the URL of the Saved Search
- Click Save
C. Add the Custom Link in the Customer Center
- Navigate to Customization > Center and Tabs > Center Categories > New
- Label: Enter the name of the Category
- Center Type: Select Customer Center
- Center Tab: Select Home
- Click Values
- Link: Select the Custom Center Link created
- Label: Enter a Label
- Click Save
