- Purchase one item in your web site .
- we can see that purchase order in my account >purchase > purchase history .
- by using sale order number (EX – SO111194) to you can get details purchase order details in net suite .
- do process of fulfilment for that item and complete billing also .
- for that item create saved search type as transaction which will display Tracking number , Delivery method, Fulfilment and Status of the order.
- if tracking number field is not available in sale order Shipping sub tap .
- Edit the related Item Fulfillment. > Go to the Packages sub tab. > Enter the tracking number under the Package Tracking Number column. > Click Save. > On the Sales Order, the same tracking number will appear under the Shipping sub tab > Tracking # field.
- after above process we can get details of tracking number and delivery method and fulfilment in your purchase history page .
- for displaying statue of item (shipped or picked or packed ) in purchase page .we have to pass value as true of showDeliveryStatus then we can get status in page .
- please check this feature Under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Transactions tab > Shipping & Receiving section > Shipping Label Integration box.
