Create the Saved Search
Mark the following checkboxes:
- Public
- Available as List View
- Available as Dashboard View
- Available as Sublist View
- Available for Reminders
- Show in Menu
Add the Saved Search to Home Dashboard
- Navigate to Home dashboard
- Click Personalize Dashboard link
- Click Custom Search
- Hover on the Custom Search Portlet and click Set Up
- In the Search field, select the Saved Search in question
- Click Save
