Netsuite is providing an opportunity to the users to add cases in Netsuite. Case means the queries regarding the Netsuite which is not answered in suite answers or other sources. Netsuite will provide assistance when you add a case to your Netsuite account.
After creating the case the Netsuite team will call you on Zoom and they will answer the queries.
Adding a case
To add a case you have a Netsuite support center role in access

Then go to the support overview> NetSuite accounting center> see support cases> new case





Add the details on this page. The mandatory fields have a “*” sign. In the message box add the details of the case
Add the case details in the message field.
Add all other details and click on submit.
