Steps
I. Create a Saved Item Search
The saved search will give the list of member items within an item group and their available quantity per location
Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New, then select Item.
2. Add Search Title.
3. Under Results subtab, add the below:
— Name
— Member Item
— Formula (Numeric) | Formula = NVL({memberitem.locationquantityavailable},0) | Custom Label = Member Item Quantity Available
— Member Item: Inventory Location
4. Under Available Filters subtab,
— Add Internal Id
5. Hit Save & Run.
Search result obtained will be:

II. Create a Sublist
Navigate to Customization> Forms> Sublist >New
In tab, select “Purchasing/inventory“
In Search, select the search name created
In Label, give the label we want to display in subtab
Check the Group Item box
Click Save

In the image, tab is given as inventory, because in this account, purchasing/inventory is mentioned as “Inventory”
