Adding Merchant-e Link to Netsuite

Proposal summary

We need to add MerchantE Invoice Link in the Invoice record. In order to achieve this, we have to meet prerequisites of Installation and Configuration of SuitePayments with MerchantE, Enabling features and Installing bundles in Netsuite, setting up merchant Invoice Link Configuration.

Requirement 

• Need to activate MerchantE for SuitePayments
• Set up NetSuite invoice template and payment page for MerchantE Invoice Link.
• Access the Merchant Dashboard URL link and configure the payment page.

Our Solution

We have to install and configure SuitePayments with MerchantE which includes the below steps:

1. Set-up Credit Card Processing within NetSuite
   • Download the MerchantE SuitePayments API Plug-In
   • Set up MerchantE Payment Processing Profile
   • Set up MerchantE Payment Processing Profile
   • Activate Fraud Control

Payment Acceptance with SuitePayments

To add MerchantE Invoice Link need to follow below steps:

1. Customize your new payments page through the Hosted Payments Admin Dashboard.
2. Ensure that the most recent version of MerchantE Payment Gateway API is used.
3. Update NetSuite email template to incorporate ME Invoice Link.
