Adding Owner IDs in Subsidiary Records

You must add owner IDs for each tax registration number in a subsidiary record. These owner IDs are used for authentication during the certification process. Your GSP will provide these IDs. 

To add owner IDs for tax registration numbers in a subsidiary record: 

1. Go to a subsidiary record. 

2. Click the Tax Registrations subtab. 

3. In the Owner ID column, enter the owner ID against the tax registration numbers. 

4. Click Save.

Note: Owner ID defining in the subsidiary record is part of the e-invoicing configuration. owner id for respective GSTINs will be generated from the cleartax registered account.
