Adding sales rep using CSV Import

The following way we can be adding more than one sales rep for an exciting client.

First, we need to know how to prepare a CVS template generally it should have a heading, description, and sample date. For preparing the CVS template heading section we need to analyze the existing customer /client record.

Customer Name, Customer ID, Employee Name, a Sales role, Primary, and the Contribution are the heading section of the template.

  • The mandatory field should be notified.
  • Here we need to add 2 sales reps to our existing customer record, not as a team.

After creating CSV sample template we moved to the CSV import

Setup>Import/export>Import CSV report

After completing our CSV import we can see the change in the customer record.
