When My account Address book/Registration page need Company name field in the form
Goto website record->shopping sub tab
Under Registration page section there is a checkbox DISPLAY COMPANY FIELD ON REGISTRATION PAGE
Tick this option
You will get company name option in both registration page and Address Book.
