Address Updates Not Reflecting in Migrated Transactions

After importing vendors along with their associated transactions, some have observed that updates made to vendor addresses are not reflected in previously migrated transactions. Specifically, despite updating the address in a vendor record, newly created transactions/ previously migrated transactions still display the old address.

Solution:

To update the address in the affected transactions, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the transactions that need to be updated.
  2. Click Edit next to the transaction.
  3. Click Billing
  4. In the Vendor Select dropdown, choose the vendor with the new address.
  5. Click Save
