Administration and Controls Toolkit (ACT)
Overview:
The solution will support several independent use cases in the areas of Administration & Controls. Customers can choose to deploy one or more use cases that are relevant to their account. They can enable more use cases at a later time.
1. Track Deleted Records -Track the details for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Item Receipt, Item Fulfillment, Journals, IC Journals and Custom Records that are deleted in NetSuite.
2. Employee Role Termination-Automated solution to terminate one or more roles that are no longer required when the role of an employee changes in an organization.
3. Terminate Employee Non Production Access-Automate the process of removing employee access to sandbox accounts upon the termination of their access in the production account.
4. Directory Access-Automation to make the process of granting and revoking access to SuiteScript and SuiteBundle folders to non-administrative users for a limited time period.
5. Dashboard – A dashboard to monitor the above controls.
