Attach Existing Contact Records to Existing Customer Records via CSV Import

1. Create a CSV file with this pattern

       Company Name, CU Internal ID, Con First Name, Con Last Name, Con Internal ID

              Company1 , CU 1 , Con First Name1, Con Last Name1, Con 1

              Company1 , CU 1 , Con First Name2, Con Last Name2, Con 2

              Company1 , CU 1 , Con First Name3, Con Last Name3, Con 3

2. Navigate to Set Up > Import/Export > Import CSV Records

3. Set the following:

Import Type = Relationships

Record Type = Customers and Contacts Together

Data Handling = Update

4. Map fields:

CSV Fields | NetSuite Fields

        Company Name | Company Name

 CU Internal ID | Internal ID

 Con First Name | Contact 1 : First Name

Con Last Name | Contact 1 : Last Name

 Con Internal ID| Contact 1 : Internal ID

5. Click Save & Run
