Use the Include Statement option under the Attachment parameter to attach a statement to the email in a Send Email action. This option is only available in workflows with Customer, Lead, or Prospect as the base record type.
For example, you can configure a workflow to run weekly, with a search filter for customers
To include a statement with the Send Email action:
- Create a Send Email action.
- Fill the required fields from the Basic Information section.
- Fill the required Send Email action parameters.
- In the Attachment parameter, select the Include Statement option.
- Fill the Include Statement options.
