What is the reason for time cannot be tracked in task records

In order for the Actual Time to be calculated in a CRM Task Record, there are two conditions to be fulfilled: The Task should be linked to a Project Record. The field name Include CRM Tasks in Project Totals, should be marked in the Preferences tab of the Project Record.
