Add the following criteria along with criteria’s for item fulfillment record in saved transaction search as shown below This will provide item fulfillment record based on shipping date, so if you need picking or packed dates change filter criteria’s accordingly

Set trigger on to after field edit. Select the triggering client event  Set field and in value set what value to be added on that field
