Automatically send statements

To send mail to overdue customers with their statement as PDF attachment.

Created a search to get overdue customers. By scheduled workflow, we can send mail to overdue customers daily basis. In the workflow, ‘send mail’ action, we can add statements as PDF attachment(also other formats available).

Steps:

1. Create a workflow, add the search and scheduled it.
2. Add ‘SEND EMAIL’ action.
3. In new action select sender, recipients, add the required template. In the attachment tab, check the statement and from the list select the PDF format.
