Avalara Tab Is Not Visible

If Avalara Tab is not visible using Administrator role, the Center tab is not configured correctly.

Solution
  1. Navigate to Customization > Centers and Tabs > Center Tabs
  2. Click Avalara
  3. Click Edit
  4. On the Center dropdown, select Classic Center
  5. Click the Audience tab
  6. On the Roles box, select Administrator
  7. Click Save
