What is Changing?
Starting October 17, 2024, the authorized Account Information Service Provider (AISP) of NetSuite is deactivating the TargoBank financial institution from bank feeds integration.
TargoBank financial institution will be replaced by Abanca. This change is a result of the merger of TargoBank with Abanca financial institution.
As a result, you will no longer be able to connect and import transactions from the deactivated financial institution. Imports from your existing connection to the deactivated financial instituti

- Manual initiation of bank data import through:
- Clicking the Edit & Save button (without making any changes) on the Connect to Europe Accounts format profile.
- Clicking the Update Imported Bank Data button on the Match Bank Data page.
Required Action
Starting October 17, 2024, you must delete all your existing connections to the deactivated financial institution site and start connecting to the new financial institution’s website.
- To start using the alternative financial institution connection: Delete your existing financial institution connection.
a. Go to Setup > Accounting > Financial Institution > List.
b. On the Financial Institution page, next to the Bank Feeds financial institution record, click View.
c. On the Format Profile: Configuration subtab, next to Connect to Europe Accounts, click Edit.
d. On the Connect to Europe Accounts page, click the Connectivity Configuration subtab.
e. On the Connections subtab, in the Delete Connections column for the financial institution you want to remove from bank feeds, click the Trash icon.
Note: Deleting a financial institution connection will disconnect all its associated accounts.
f. In the confirmation message that appears, click Delete.
2. Connect to the new financial institution provider.
a. On the Connectivity Configuration subtab, click the Connect New Institution button.
