Before using the email approval capability, you need to enable the email capture plugin in your NetSuite account.

To enable the email capture plugin:

1. Go to Customization > Plug-ins > Manage Plug-ins
2. On the Email Capture Plugin section, check the SuiteApprovals Email Approval box.Take note of the email address. You will need it in the next procedure.
3. Click Save.

After you have enabled the email capture plugin, you must set the email approval preferences.
