Customers can be classified into different segments, or groups, by using the Customer Groups feature, available in Big Commerce. Customer groups allow to organize customers, give them discounts, and restrict access to specific products or categories.
To create customer groups:
Control panel →Customers-> Customer groups → Add new customer group → Add details → save

Plus, Pro, and Enterprise stores can use customer group discounts, which includes category and product discounts, as well as storewide discounts. Stores on an Enterprise plan can also use Price lists to provide custom pricing for customer groups.
To add price lists to customer groups:
Products → price lists → Create new → Enter the name → in assignment tab-> Add assignment → select the customer group → Assign

To add customers to customer groups,
Customers → add customers → assign them customer group

When the customer logs in the customer can see the assigned price level value for products assigned for that particular group to which the customer belongs to. If not logged in, it display the standard price.
