BOX SUITEAPP ISSUE

Scenario

There is an issue with the box suite app. Please refresh and try again. If the problem persists contact your Netsuite Administrator.

Solution

  1. Go to the employee record and find their internal ID
  1. Go to the Record type “Box account association”
  2. Find the Internal ID in the Netsuite User ID Column –
  1. Delete the Box account Association and the next time they open it – Netsuite will automatically create a new link.
