Button for Adding New File not available

SCENARIO:

The Client is not able to find the new file button to attach documents to a transaction.

REASON:

The issue is due to the user’s role don’t have enough permission to attach new files.

SOLUTION

  1. Go to Employee record
  2. Under Access, Select the role.
  3. Edit the role
  4. provide permission to Documents and files Full(under list)
  5. Save the role.
