Issue: A report issue. I am trying to get a report that lists inventory items and assembly items with the country of origin – I tried to make this report, but I can’t find ‘country of origin’ anywhere, however, that field is a system field.
In the item record this is the field where the country of manufacture is recorded (Common manufacturer/Supplier) but in saved search and in report if we search this field we will not get any result instead a new field called “MANUFACTURER COUNTRY”, which gives us the two-letter abbreviation of the country which is mentioned as per the “Common manufacturer/Supplier” in the item record. It is the same field which is sourced to their sales order line level under the name “ORIGIN” When they source the same field “MANUFACTURER COUNTRY” in sales order they get the full name but in the report and in saved search we are getting abbreviated form of the respective country.
