This issue i faced in my task , An internal error is occuring at the PLP page of New category while selecting any option in the Relevance filter.an error occurred performing search with params: NLBasicSearchRequest [query=, facets=null, offset=0]NLSearchRequest [limit=24, sortOptions=[NLSortOption [field=pricelevel2, direction=asc]], fields=[], fieldset=search, country=US, language=en, currency=USD, region=1, includes=[facets] facet.exclude=[]]”
Solution
User may try any of the following to resolve the issue:
Option A: Initiate a Rebuild search index
Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
On problematic web site: Click Edit
Hover over actions
Click Rebuild Search Index
Note: You may also do any trigger from article 28866 Search Index Overview
Option B: In order to resolve this, the following Sort Fields must be added on Commerce > Websites > Website List > Search Index tab > Sort Fields subtab:
Name : Ascending
Online Price: Ascending
Relevance: Ascending
It would render the sorting feature of SuiteCommerce Advanced to function. The sort order don’t matter. The important thing is that the field ID has been correctly added.
Option C: Users with permission to modify Website settings in NetSuite must remove all facet fields and add the fields back after refresh.
Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
Click Search Index tab
Click Field Facets subtab
Take note of the current field facets
Remove all field facets
Click Save
Verify the changes on the website
Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
Click Search Index tab
Click Field Facets subtab
Re-add the same facet fields
Click Save
