Access to the new SuiteAnswers will only be possible for users with values in the first name and last name fields on their employee records. In the past, users could access SuiteAnswers from accounts where only the email address and password fields on employee records were populated. After the new SuiteAnswers is released, users with blank first or last name fields on their employee records in any NetSuite account will receive an error message when they attempt to access SuiteAnswers.
Recommended Actions?
In any NetSuite account from which users may want to access SuiteAnswers, verify that the employee records of your users contain the correct values in the first name and last name fields. To avoid potential disruption to SuiteAnswers access.
